DVDs

The Mind Tracks MUST be listened to with headphones. It is important that the stereo infra-sounds be carried through the brain, forcing both hemispheres of the brain to work together in order to understand the sound structure, thus provoking the entrainment process.

The Mind Tracks video DVDs contain both video and audio stimulation to entrain the mind in to a deep relaxation state to ensure the efficiency of the training period.
