The Mind Tracks audio CDs contain the highest quality sound to provide maximum training efficiency, and keep all the engineered infra-sound structures of the sound track. The MP3 sound compression will have the track lose up to 25% of its efficiency. We provide 192kbps stereo file on purchase. This demo track is in 129kbps. Duplicating the CDs also remove a bit of the quality.
