Mind Tracks Brainwave
FAQ

What are Mind Tracks?

A Mind Track is an audio track that aims at re-programming the mind in the mental health. It is made from a combination of four technologies:

- Self-Hypnosis
- Binaural brainwave
- Suggestion
- Subliminal

How do Mind Tracks work?

First, the relaxing combinations of sound will contribute to putting you in an altered state of consciousness, where you are likely to become sensible to the other technologies. This is the self-hypnosis state.

Then, with the binaural brainwave technology, we can have your brainwaves accelerate or slow down, to bring you further into an altered state of consciousness. This system also entrains your brain and nervous system, so it becomes more efficient.

The suggestions and subliminal messages are the mental aspects that the Mind Track will be working on. Some Mind Tracks are for relaxation, others for self-trust, and many more subjects on the way.

What are the scientific bases behind Mind Tracks?

The binaural brainwaves will trigger neural patterns to encourage both your brain hemispheres to work together. In the brainwave sound track, the left channel is slightly different than the right channel of the stereo sound, making your brain hemispheres work together in order to understand the sound. You can ear the binaural brainwave effect in the fast pulsing sounds. The vary from 30 hertz to 4 hertz (pulses per second), depending on the brainwave “story” we are telling your brain, to entrain it.

How are Mind Tracks used?

The Mind Tracks MUST be listened to with stereo headphones, so that the binaural brainwave system works. The Mind Tracks must be used in a silent environment, with stereo headphones. Some Mind Tracks must be listened to while lying down, while others may be used while sitting, standing, walking, or doing an activity you like.

Can I use a Mind Track while doing other activities?

You can use your Mind Track while doing any activity that does not require concentration to maintain your safety. Do NOT use the Mind Tracks if you are driving your car, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your attention. Because of the many technologies involved, you could slumber into a sleep state anytime, even if you are convinced that you are fully awake. Most Mind Tracks are accompanied with short instructions, telling you when you can use them while doing other activities.

Can I use Mind Tracks regularly for extended periods of time?

You can use a Mind Track many times per day. It is recommended that you take a few hours break between each use. This allows your brain to regenerate and reconstruct its structures after entrainment.

Are Mind Tracks dangerous?

The Mind Tracks are totally safe if you do not have any mental or neural illness, and if you are not wearing a pacemaker.

You should not use a Mind Track if you are epileptic. The technologies used in the Mind Tracks may trigger epileptic crisis.

You should not use a Mind Tracks if you have a pacemaker on your heart. The mental triggers usually sent to your heart are hindered by your pacemaker, that stimulates you heart mechanically. The use of Mind Tracks could have your brain want to re-take control of your entire nervous system.

Can I use the Mind Tracks if I’m pregnant?

NO. Pregnancy is very sensible, and implies various hormonal and neural activities that are different than from a non-pregnant person. It is important not to disturb the work of nature while you are pregnant.

A there ay conditions that would make it preferable NOT to use Mind Tracks?

Do not use a Mind Tracks if:

  • You are epileptic
  • You have a pacemaker
  • You are driving
  • You operate machinery
  • You are in a public place
  • You are a pregnant woman
